Breakfast special like no other!

by Melinda Race

A cafe in a grocery store? Yes! You have got to stop into one of the cafes at Bristol Farms. Have a bite to eat and shop for your groceries when you are done.

Our cafes are located in the following stores: Rolling Hills, South Pasadena, Manhattan Beach, Westchester, Long Beach, Newport Beach, La Jolla and Palm Desert.

For a mere $4.99 you get your choice of a Denver or Cheese Omelet, Morning Potatoes, Toast and Coffee.   This is no ordinary omelet it; is delicious with fresh bell peppers, ham and cheese. For the folks out there watching their waistlines, you can substitute low fat cottage cheese or fresh fruit in place of the potatoes.

Atmosphere is clean, calm and enjoyable. We invite you to pay a visit to our cafe to discover delicious food at a valued price.

Please bring back the OLD breakfast special!!! My company used to eat there 3 times a week, but they took our favorite meal away 🙁

Thank you for visiting our café three times a week…..we love our regulars! We will be running many specials throughout the year and may even bring back the $3.99 from time to time. Currently we have a great $4.99 special that includes your choice of Denver or Cheese Omelet, morning potatoes, toast and coffee. It is exceptional! You can always replace the omelet for two eggs of your choice. We appreciate your input and hope to see you very soon.

My we substitute a toasted bagel for toast. I cannot eat toast

We do not substitute bagels for toast on the breakfast special due to the cost on such a great offering. Please keep in mind that we can offer a bagel for a small additional price to make your breakfast experience just perfect. Thank you for visiting our cafes as it means the world to us!

The food at the Manhattan Beach Cafe is superb as is the service. Can we get the light bulbs replaced? Also miss the Foccacia bread. How about extending hours to dinner and adding ice cream desserts this summer? Also you use to sell the “old time” sodas in the cafe. That was fun, please consider bringing them back. (they’re already in the grocery department) One more item for this coming winter…please bring back the “steamers” with baguette and the Rare Roast Beef sandwich.

Thank you for your comments on our blog. I have addressed your requests and concerns with store management and hope to reconsider some of these items.
