Bristol's Own Palm Desert Cod Salad

For the month of July and August, Bristol Farms’ Cafes will have something delicious in store for you; The Palm Dessert Cod Salad, which is named after our beautiful store in Palm Desert on Country Club Drive. Our Café Manager, Omar, has made sure this is a town favorite. We are Blazin’ the trail with Fire Roasted Flame Seared Cod and Roasted Corn & Black Bean Fiesta.
A moist, white, thick yet delicately flaky Cod loin fillet coated with a blend of southwestern seasoning and flame seared under open flame (no breading) . Our Cod is all natural, high quality fillets and ingredients – clean ingredient statement. Basted with a blend of southwest chile peppers, ginger, onion, garlic, and chopped cilantro for an unforgettable seafood experience. Our Cod has no trans fats – contains 0gm fats; rich in Omega 3 EPA and DHA fatty acids. The Cod is placed on a bed of lettuce that is topped with flame-roasted corn, onions, and red and green peppers blended with black beans and tomatoes seasoned with Cuban-influenced spices, garnished with tomatoes and peppitas and served with a side of cilantro lime ranch dressing. Wow! That’s a zesty mouthful…pun intended.
All this is served with your choice of french fries, sweet potato fries, fresh fruit, fried green beans, sweet corn nuggets, potato salad, or Bristol’s Own cup of soup for only $8.99. Add onion rings or a green salad for $1.99.
