This Easter, let us do the cooking!

There is nothing I love more than watching my “twenty-something-year-old” children run around with an empty bucket looking for eggs all around the perimeters of our home. I am so joyous when this is taking place because they really do act like little children again. They laugh, they tease, they fight over the eggs and they make me smile. I love my family and I love Easter. The new tradition, when they leave my home, is to thank me for letting them feel like little kids again. After all, who doesn’t want to be that carefree?
When it comes to cooking for the holidays, I have no desire to spend my time slaving over the hot stove; I’d much rather spend time with my family talking, and enjoying their company. If you are like me, then you will love what our Chefs can do for you this Easter. You will be amazed with the flavors of foods that they create as they really are spectacular. Spiral Ham, Leg of Lamb, and Turkey are the main courses available on our Easter menu, plus spinach pasta salad, scalloped potatoes, glazed baby carrots, asparagus, and our beautiful fresh spring vegetables are just some of the side dishes available. This year, we are offering white chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert that are decorated with great spring colored sprinkles.
We also have delicious breakfast and brunch items available for a lighter meal, such as: deep dish quiche, continental breakfast (mini danish, mini muffins, mini croissants, mini cinnamon buns, mini sticky buns, and mini bagels), and fresh fruit are perfect for a more casual gathering.
