Grilled Salmon and Couscous

Perfectly seasoned and grilled wild salmon tops a fresh, colorful medley of pearl couscous, red quinoa, diced peppers, carrots, peas and parsley. We add in a sprinkle of salty Feta cheese for added (delicious) measure. This meal is light and refreshing, and is easily one of our favorites for summer.

Herbed Flank Steak Dinner Pack

Tender, marinated, and grilled flank steak is topped with a lemon garlic herb butter for extra flavor. Packed in with a side of fresh and healthy steamed green beans and seasoned sweet potatoes.

Red & White Quinoa Stir Fry

Large bites of marinated tofu top a beautiful sautée of broccoli slaw, kale, black and regular quinoa, bell pepper, snow peas, in sesame oil. Finished with low sodium tamari soy sauce.


Tomato Basil Pasta with Sausage

Make it a past night! Under 600 calories, yet oh so satisfying. Whole wheat pasta is mixed in with a flavorful sauce of tomatoes and spices with cannellini beans, antibiotic-free turkey Italian sausage, and fresh basil.

Blackened Chicken Kale Pesto Pasta

Another delicious pasta option with an extra green twist. We took our delicious traditional pesto sauce and loaded in extra B6, dietary fiber, and calcium with kale! You (and kids) won’t even know the difference. Atop the pasta is our spicy, blackened seasoned chicken breast for an interesting kick.


Mediterranean Chicken with Grains

Mediterranean seasoned and sliced chicken breast tops a sweet and savory medley of black and regular quinoa, sweet yellow corn, red bell pepper, soy beans, and feta cheese in a bright, lemony dressing.

Grilled Vegetable Quesadilla

A grilled flour tortilla wraps around a mix of fresh colorful vegetables, such as yellow squash, zucchini, red onion, black beans, Roma tomatoes, corn, green onion, and cilantro. It is all held together with a mix of melted cheddar cheese and offered with a side of fresh guacamole and salsa.
