Bristol Farms' Artisanal Bronze‑Died Pasta

Italy is home to the world’s best pasta artisans, so we traveled to Italy’s breathtaking Molise region to create our very own line of pastas. Made from Italian-grown durum wheat semolina, our pasta is crafted in the authentic, old-world Italian tradition. The difference between our pasta and others lies in the process: the dough is extruded slowly through bronze dies and then patiently air-dried on looms and wooden trays for up to 20 hours. The result is a rustic, flavorful pasta with a perfect al dente bite.

Though it pairs beautifully with our new Marinara Sauce, it’s so delicious all you really need is a bit of butter or olive oil to enjoy. Stock up on our new Artisanal Pasta so you’ve always got an exceptional, family-friendly meal at the ready.
