Cheese of the Month: Mango Fire Cheddar

How about a little Sweet Heat!!
Mango Fire Cheddar is a blend of sweet Mango and bits of hot habanero pepper mixed into smooth, firm Cheddar cheese. Made with 100% Wisconsin Milk. Perfect with hearty breads or whole grain crackers.
Spice up the normal by using Mango Fire Cheddar on burgers, to top nachos, or in a sandwich or wrap.
Wine: Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Madeira, Syrah, Riesling or Pinot Gris
Beer: Lager, Fruit Beers, Stout, Porter or IPA
