Hatch is Here! Roastings Every Saturday, August 12 – September 9

The time has come! Hatch season is officially here and we couldn’t be more excited for the delicious roasted chiles and of course, all of our signature Hatch items like, Hatch corn bread, biscuits, potato salad (and so much more). But what we’re most excited for are the live roastings, which happen every Saturday from August 12th through September 9th!


2017 Hatch Chile Roasting Schedule:

August 12 – Palm Desert

August 19 – La Jolla & Westchester

August 26 – Rolling Hills & Manhattan Beach

September 2 -South Pasadena & Newport Beach

September 9 – Santa Monica

Enjoy the sights and smells of the roast as well as tons of Hatch recipe tastings throughout the store – and don’t forget to participate in our Hatch scavenger hunt for a chance to win a $500 Bristol Farms gift card plus an all-expense paid trip to Hatch, New Mexico for the 2018 Hatch Chile festival!

    My friend picked up Hatch Chile burgers & Hatch Chile chocolate cookies at Newport for our little Sunday grill and both were remarkable!
