Since it's summer time, it is a great time for enjoying a nice cool salad; especially during the nice heat spell we've been having here in the Southland. I would like to introduce you to a new line of salad dressings Bristol Farms is now offering in our Produce Department: Salad Girl Organic Salad Dressings. They offer a nice variety of flavors, atypical of traditional salad dressings: Blueberry Basil, Toasted Sesame and Ginger, Chile Limon, Lemony Herb, Pomegranate Pear, Crisp Apple Maple, and Curry & Fig. They are certified organic and gluten free with no water added to the dressings. They are never cooked, like some other salad dressings - only the fruit juice is pasteurized.

INVO COCONUT WATER
With all of the recent coconut water craze going on, I couldn't help but think "another coconut water?" Well, I tried INVO Coconut Water and I love it! INVO’s Coconut Water is never heated so the antioxidants aren’t destroyed or harmed. Plus, coconut water is an excellent source of potassium. They have 3 different flavor profiles: Pure, Thai Lime, and Pineapple. When I tasted the Pure, it is very smooth and delicious. The Thai Lime has a slight hint of lime to it, and the Pineapple is my personal favorite! You can really taste the pineapple in this flavor profile. I also loved the way they put the information about their product on their bottles, very fun! 99% fat-free and no added sugar! Come down to one of our stores this Saturday, July 12 from 11:00am - 2:00pm to taste this new product: Rolling Hills, South Pasadena, Manhattan Beach, Westchester, Newport Beach, West Hollywood, La Jolla, Westwood, Palm Desert and Santa… Read More

THE REPUBLIC OF TEA
Sip by Sip by Sip - not by gulping - is how I have enjoyed this very refreshing tea. When I drink The Republic of Tea, I am taken to a lifestyle of just relaxing in the backyard, enjoying the views of the palm trees, taking advantage of a rare, quiet moment. This tea is meant to be enjoyed sip by sip. Each tea is brewed to perfection and then bottled in a distinct, uniquely shaped glass bottle. They have four different flavors and all are unsweetened. With a tea this good, you won't miss the sugar. The flavors available are: Green Tea, Passion Fruit, and Pomegranate. Each of these teas have a nice fruity taste, but not overpowering like some other varieties of fruit enhanced teas. The Decaf Ginger Peach Decaf is my personal favorite, and is an excellent celebration of Bristol Farms' current promotion, “The Power of the Peach.” It is like biting into a nice ripe peach. The Darjeeling tea is described as the “Champagne” of tea because Darjeeling… Read More

MILTON SNACK CRACKERS
Milton’s has come up with 3 new snack crackers that are delicious and so addicting. Once you start eating them, you won’t be able to stop! With flavors such as Cocoa, Blueberry, and Honey, these make great dessert crackers. Blueberries are my favorite for snacking...and if you love Blueberries too, you will love these blueberry snack crackers. They are my favorite. They are great with a spread of Bristol Farms' Double Whipped Cream Cheese on top; it's making my mouth water as I write about them now! The Cocoa Snack Crackers have a fine chocolate taste; these were a close second to being my favorite. These are great… Read More
