Slow Cooked Marinara Shredded Beef

Serves 6 |
A beef recipe that’s so simple yet so delicious!
|1 jar marinara sauce, 25.5 oz.|
|3 lb beef roast|
|1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper|
|1 teaspoon salt|
|1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper|
|2 onions, diced|
- Place beef roast in a slow cooker. Cover with marinara sauce. Top beef roast with onions, cayenne, salt and pepper. Place lid on top of slow cooker and cook on low setting for 10 hours.
- Shred beef and replace lid. Cook for an additional hour.
