You might say we’re pretty fond of the New Mexican green chile that’s grown in the beautiful fields of Hatch Valley. Truthfully, Hatch season just may be our favorite time of the year. Whether it’s because our farmer is a passionate and humble Hatch growing guru or because the meaty chiles are so tasty when roasted, we’re quite serious about everything Hatch.

We’ve been celebrating the Hatch chile for years. With roastings every weekend in the late summer and early Fall, we educate all of our Hatch “Chile heads” with the proper techniques for selecting, cutting, roasting – and even eating the famed chile. We also integrate the chiles into some seriously delectable recipes – from Hatch Guacamole to Hatch Corn Bread to Hatch Chicken Sausages, we boast over 20 Hatch “infused” items in our stores.
