Crock Pot Pork BBQ
INGREDIENTS
4-5 lbs Bristol Farms boneless pork roast
4-5 whole cloves
1 clove of garlic, minced fine
2 yellow onions, medium size and sliced
2 cups water salt and pepper, to taste
1 16 oz bottle Bone Suckin' Sauce
METHOD
In a crockpot, put water, minced garlic, cloves, 1 sliced onion and pork roast. Cook on low for 8 hours, then remove
pork roast. Discard cloves, garlic, onion and water. On a cutting board, shred the pork well and put it back into
the crockpot with a new sliced onion and the bbq sauce. Cook on low for another 4 to 8 hours. Serve on toasted buns.
SUGGESTIONS
Try a side of Bristol Farms slaw from our deli on the side, or even on top of the bbq pork. And don't forget the
beer!
