Adding mustard and brown sugar to Copper River Salmon before cooking on our cedar plank results in a delicious glaze that is both sweet and savory. It's absolutely delicious

Cedar Plank Salmon with
Mustard and Brown Sugar

Ingredients
1 to 2 lb salmon fillet
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 Bristol Farms cedar board

Method
Pre-soak the cedar board in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Place the salmon skin side down onto the soaked cedar board. Brush mustard over top of fish, covering entire surface and then sprinkle with brown sugar.

FOR GRILL PREPARATION:
Preheat gas grill to high, or if using coals allow them to burn and turn completely white. Place the cedar board with salmon on the grilling grate and cover. Cook for 25 minutes or until desired doneness. Check regularly for flare ups and use caution as wood may catch fire
(keep a spray bottle handy for flare ups.)
Bristol Farms Cedar Planks aren't just for fish! They are great for a variety of foods and will impart a delicious flavor to whatever you prepare.
