Super Sausage Sandwich

Perfect for your Super Bowl Party, this sandwich is very easy to make.

Bake Italian
Sausages for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked in preheated 350 degrees oven. Heat oil in a large saute; pan
over high heat. Add sliced onions to pan and saute; for about 2 minutes. Add Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Peppers and
season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, keep warm.. Cut French
Baguette in four pieces. Slice each piece in half like you would with Hot Dog Buns. Place one sausage in each of the
bread and topped with hot Onion and Peppers mixture. Top with shredded Cheddar Cheese and serve immediately.
