Simple Radish and Chive Salad
Makes 4 servings
- 2 cups finely shredded red radishes (about 32)
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 3 teaspoons oriental sesame oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Toss all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Can be made several hours ahead of time. Serve cold, or at room temperature.
