Bristol Farms Seafood Departments will be featuring Jumbo Alaskan Red King Crab Legs. These beautiful king crab legs are almost the length of your arm! Alaskan King Crabs are known for their sweet and tender, succulent meat that makes it the king of all crabs. Imagine these gorgeous crab legs on your dinner plate, or cut and placed on a platter; this will be highlight to your Mom’s meal for Mother's Day or will work great as an appetizer. If you want to eat like a king, you need to be eating King Crab legs.
Large white shrimp from Mexico are also a featured item this week. White shrimp from Mexico are considered the highest quality shrimp in the seafood industry. These are a wild shrimp that are free from any preservatives or water retention chemicals, making them 100% natural. Wild white shrimp are full of flavor and tender with a slightly firm texture. White shrimp cook up white with a little pink coloration. They are great sautéed in a scampi sauce, placed on skewers and grilled with a little lemon butter, or boiled and served cold as a shrimp cocktail. And to make things easier, these beauties are sold completely peeled and deveined.
Fresh Columbia River King salmon are also featured this week; perfect timing for Mothers Day. This is a tribal fishery that produces beautiful large, fat, bright red king salmon fillets. These salmon will melt in your mouth. Perfect on the grill, baked, or pan roasted. All of our salmon have the pin bones removed by tweezers to give our customers a truly great dinning experience. Columbia River king salmon are known for their high oil content which will intensify the flavor and increases the heart healthy Omega-3 content .
