Loire Valley - Winery of the Month
As breathtaking as the landscape, the Loire Valley offers a variety of fun and unique wines. From the well known Sancerre and Vouvray to the esoteric Chinon and Borgueil, these wines are definitely worth a swirl. From off dry to intense and chewy, there is a wine for every taste.

Wines of the Russian River & Dry Creek Valley
You'll enjoy some of the best chardonnays and pinot noirs from the Russian River, while Dry Creek is justly famous for its zinfandels and sauvignon blancs.

Don't Wine For Me, Argentina
Move over Chile and make way for Argentina. This is arguably South America's premier producing wine region where Malbec rules, but other varietals such as bonarda, cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay are coming to the forefront. Salut!

Actually, every country seems to have their own version of zinfandel, but ours is truly "All American", as it stands on its own root stock. We'll offer up some delectable zins that range in style from light and fruity to downright bold and brawny.

Screw tops may not harbor the romance of cork, but they don't make the wine go bad either. Many countries are now converting over to Stelvin (screw) caps because they understand the primary reason for buying wine…Its what's in the bottle that counts.

Chardonnay aka White Burgundy
All white Burgundy may be chardonnay, but not all chardonnay is white Burgundy…stylistically speaking. We have our ripe, high alcohol chards and Burgundy has their rich, opulent, lower alcohol chards. Tasting these beauties will be reward enough.

Italy B.C. ~ Barbera D’Asti & Chianti
Barbera may not get the press like Barbaresco and Barolo, but this Piedmonte based wine is the most consumed beverage of choice in this region. Its gorgeous red and black fruit components makes it a match made in heaven for many dishes. Conversely, Chianti is the most famous red that hails from Tuscany, but we'll offer up some unknown gems for your sampling pleasure.

Oregon & Washington State Wines
The Pacific Northwest wines will be the shining stars this evening, as we sample the Bordeaux-like qualities of Washington state and the Burgundian influenced chards and pinot noirs of Oregon.

Paso Robles Wines
Paso Robles wines are the hottest (pun intended) wines in California right now. From their dynamic cabs, syrahs and zins, to their scintillating chards and sauvignon blancs.

California Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon
There will be some pleasant surprises this evening as the two super stars of California vie for your attention and palates.
