Bristol Farms’ Very Own “Big Time” Tri‑Tip + Grilling Tips

All hail the Tri-Tip! Straight-up, we’re kind of obsessed with the tender and flavorful cut of beef that was made famous in Santa Maria, CA. Super versatile and easy on the wallet, Tri-tips are the perfect crowd pleaser, which is why we suggest serving it at your Memorial Day party!

Okay, so you already know all about Tri-tips. But have you tried Bristol Farms’ very own Big Time Marinated Tri-tip? If you have, then you already know  how amazing the addition of our hand-crafted, locally-made marinade is for the beef. A 24-hour marinade that’s a little bit smokey, a tad bit peppery, and a teensy bit sweet, it just makes our choice natural tri-tips that much more succulent.

But don’t take our word for it…try one yourself! Need a cooking tip? Our Meat Director, Rick Stidham suggests wrapping it in foil and placing on your gas grill over medium heat. Turn it every 10 minutes for a total of 40 minutes. Then, unwrap it and get those pretty grill marks by placing it directly on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
