Grilled Stone Fruit

At Bristol Farms, we take our peaches seriously.

We measure the sugar level of our peaches using a special tool called a refractometer. Then, we grade them according to the Brix Scale, which ranks peaches based on their scientifically-proven sweetness. If they’re below an 11, we won’t even think about putting them out. That’s why every single peach in our stores is perfectly sweet and flavorful, every time.

Seriously. Plus, they’re amazing for making pies, bellinis, homemade peach pops, and all sorts of dishes with grilled peaches. When you fire up our top-notch peaches, the grill gives them a deep, smoky, toffee-like flavor that we can’t get enough of. Plus, the excess juices caramelize on the BBQ, giving them a bit of crunch that’s downright addictive.

Ready to make cocktails, desserts, chutneys, salsas, and more with grilled peaches? Start by picking ripe, medium-soft peaches – extra sweet, but still firm enough to keep their shape on the grill. Then, wash and cut them around the pits.

You can leave them whole and grill them on all sides, but we suggest slicing them into smaller rounds or wedges to get more of those crispy caramelized bits. Oil the grill with a neutral oil, place them cut-side down, and cook until they start to soften (about 3-4 minutes). Flip your peaches, move them to indirect heat for a couple of minutes, and voilà! You’ve got grilled peaches.

With grilled peaches, the possibilities are endless. And, once you become a peach pro, you’ll want to grill all sorts of fruit. Nectarines, plums, cherries, apricots, pineapple, and watermelon are all great choices for that mashup of sweet x heat.

I live in the 90025 zip code. Your Westwood store is within walking distance to my home. Until the last 2 months I received in the mail, your six weeks of exclusive offers . Is there a reason why my area no longer receives the flyer in the mail.? If that is not possible, can I receive then by email?
I am a senior and do not drive. I looked forward to your offers as part of my shopping routine. Is there a way I can request the flyer to be sent to me either by email or lmail? I like shopping at your Westwood store because your staff keeps the carts, counters and shelves clean. Also your store is organized so that I can practice safe distancing while shopping.
