For over 175 years, Wisconsin has been producing the country’s most extraordinary cheese. They don’t call it America’s Dairyland for nothing – there are more than 350 different kinds of cheese produced in this one single state. So, naturally, we asked our friends at the Wisconsin Dairy Council to share some of their favorite recipes with us.
