With a cherry on top

Our love for cherries runs deep. Cherry pits have been found in prehistoric cave dwellings and wild cherry trees still line the old roads of the Roman Empire.
Fortunately, you don’t have to venture too far to find your favorite fruit. We’ve got exceptional jumbo cherries in-store for you, by way of our dedicated fourth-generation family farmers in Washington State. Peak season is almost over, so you’ll want to stock up while you can. First, a few pointers.
Pro tip 1: Cherries last longer when they’re dry – refrigerate them between paper towels.
Pro tip 2: Don’t have a cherry pitter in your kitchen drawer? Grab a chopstick and push it through the stem end. The pit will pop out the other side!
Pro tip 3: Freeze your cherries for snacking, smoothies, and baking. Wash, destem, and pit your cherries, then place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze them for a few hours, store them in a freezer bag, and, voilà! Perfect cherries, always at the ready.
Our cherries are superb for snacking. But, to make the most of the season, try them in some of our favorite recipes:
