These delicious tropical gems are about to become your new favorite fruit! Though native to the tropics, guava trees have made their way around the globe, cultivating a multitude of delicious varieties. At Bristol Farms, we proudly offer local, San Diego grown guavas.

Fruity and lightly floral in flavor, guavas are a smaller fruit, usually only a few ounces, and vary in color from bright yellow and green to deep red. Inside, guavas are generally pale pink or yellow, but can also appear a vibrant red. Guavas are entirely edible, skin, seeds, and all!

Guavas are high in antioxidants and nutrients like vitamin C and potassium, making them perfect for aiding in digestion and boosting your immune system.

How to Prepare
Wash guavas under cool water and pat dry. Then enjoy whole or slice into wedges for easy snacking.
