Tipsy Fruit

Fruit salad has never been this good (or this boozy!). The recipe is simple: six cups of fresh fruit to roughly 1/3 cup of your favorite liquor. You can even make single cups for a refreshing adult dessert or use to garnish those poolside drinks. Combos like pineapple and rum, watermelon with vodka, and blueberries with gin are a great place to start!

Once you’re stocked up, get slicing and dicing with this simple infused fruit salad.

Tipsy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon, cubed
1 cups strawberries, quartered
1 cup melon of choice, cubed
1 cup oranges, cubed
1 cup blueberries
1 cup grapes, halved
1/3 cup alcohol of choice (vodka, tequila, etc.)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
Pinch of kosher salt

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine alcohol, lemon juice, agave or honey, and optional salt. Stir well.
2. In a larger bowl, combine fruit. Stir well. Pour liquid mixture over and stir again.
3. Enjoy!

Keep any leftovers and use those tipsy treats to garnish your favorite beverage!

Watermelon Mule

Ingredients:
2 oz Smirnoff Vodka
1 oz watermelon juice
.5 oz ginger syrup
.5 oz lime juice
Top with club soda
1 piece tipsy watermelon to garnish

Directions:
1. In a glass, combine vodka, watermelon juice, ginger syrup, and lime juice. Stir.
2. Add ice.
3. Top off with club soda and garnish with tipsy watermelon.

Paloma

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz agave nectar
Top with club soda
1 piece tipsy grapefruit to garnish
Coarse salt for rim (optional)

Directions:
1. Soak grapefruit in Don Julio Blanco.
2. Optional: salt the rim of the glass by wetting with the grapefruit, then dip in coarse salt.
3. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar to the glass. Stir to combine. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice. Top off with club soda and garnish with tipsy grapefruit.

Pineapple Rum Punch

Ingredients:
1 oz Captain Morgan Rum
4 oz pineapple juice
3 oz ginger ale
2 chunks tipsy pineapple
Maraschino cherry to garnish

Directions:
1. In a glass, muddle 1 cube pineapple. Add rum and pineapple juice. Stir.
2. Add ice.
3. Top with ginger ale.
4. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry.
