Chile Verde

Every batch starts with fresh-picked Hatch chiles, tomatillos, serrano peppers, tomatoes, and garlic. Then, in the tradición mexicana, we fire-roast and puree the veggies with cumin, cilantro, and sea salt. In other words, we take zero shortcuts to make your next meal simply delicious.

Pair our Chile Verde Starter Sauce with chicken, shrimp, jackfruit, tofu, or any protein you’d like. No matter what, you’ll have the perfect base for tacos, enchiladas, chilaquiles, and all your Mexican faves. Or, keep it classic with the traditional Chile Verde over pork and lime-infused rice:

1. Oil your pan.
2. Toss in two pounds of pork, cubed. Cook through.
3. Add Bristol Farms Chile Verde sauce and bring to a simmer.
4. Serve with your favorite rice.
5. Optional: garnish with cilantro and lime juice.

Chile Verde & Jambalaya


Our Jambalaya Starter Sauce is made with vine-ripened tomatoes, green chiles, quintessential Cajun spices, and a whole lot of love. All it needs is your choice of protein and your special touch. Talk about the Big Easy!

1. Oil your pan.
2. Toss in two small chicken breasts, cubed. Cook through.
3. Add three links of andouille sausage, sliced.
4. Pour in Bristol Farms Jambalaya sauce and bring to a simmer.
5. Add 1/2 lb shrimp (deveined and cleaned). Cook until pink.
6. Serve with your favorite rice.

Feel free to mix it up! Jambalaya is just as tasty with vegan sausage, kidney beans, and all your favorite fresh veggies.
