Ready to get start get started? Here’s what you’ll need:

Sour Cream Waffles

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 cups sour cream
5 tablespoons Real California melted butter

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. Separately, beat egg yolks with sour cream and melted butter. In another bowl, beat whites until stiff peaks form.
3. Stir sour cream mixture into flour mixture just until all ingredients are moistened, then stir in egg whites.
4. Spoon onto a hot, prepared waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Use a stick mold iron or slice the waffles into strips.

Honey-Orange Butter

Honey-Orange Butter

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) softened Real California unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated orange zest

Directions:
1. In small bowl beat butter until smooth. Add honey and orange zest; mix well.
2. Cover and refrigerate butter if not using immediately.
3. Let butter stand at room temperature to soften before serving. Use to top pancakes, waffles, French toast, muffins, oatmeal and more.

Egg and California Cheese Tortilla Cups

Egg and California Cheese Tortilla Cups

Ingredients:
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1/3 cup Real California cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Real California pepper jack cheese, shredded
6 large eggs
1/4 cup Real California whole milk
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup pico de gallo (from fridge section of grocery store), plus more for garnish
4 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
Real California Mexican crema, for garnish
Green onions, sliced for garnish

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
2. Cut each tortilla into 3 (4 inch) rounds to make a total of 12 rounds. Place each round into a muffin cup and press down to make a cup.
3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add egg mixture to tortilla cup. Top each cup with pico de gallo, bacon, and shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until eggs are set.
4. Serve each cup topped with a small scoop of pico, drizzled with crema and sprinkled with green onions.

Super Berry Smoothie

Super Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 cups raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries (hulled and halved or quartered), or a combination, frozen
2 cups Real California plain yogurt
1 cup Real California milk
Honey to taste

Directions:
1. In the jar of a blender, combine berries, yogurt, and milk.
2. Blend until smooth. Add honey to taste.
