Barbecue Bacon Chicken Kabobs

Serves 8 | 
With just a few simple ingredients, this is one delicious grilled dish.


1 lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1/2 lb thick cut bacon, cut into quarters
Barbecue sauce, your preference
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
8 skewers


  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Alternate chicken, bacon and vegetables on skewers.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
  4. Cook kabobs for 10-15 minutes.
