
Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons lavender flowers (fresh or dried)
Directions

In a small pot, add water and sugar over medium heat. Stir until dissolved.

Add lavender. Bring to a boil and then return to low heat. Cook for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour.

Strain to remove lavender before storing in the fridge.
