Perfect for an at-home aperitivo hour, this sparkling Rosé cocktail is light, refreshing, and low ABV. A dry glass of wine is sweetened with a touch of elderflower liqueur, while bubbly Topo Chico and lemon juice add texture and acidity.
Ingredients
4 ounces Rosé wine, chilled
1 ounce elderflower liqueur
3 ounces Topo Chico (chilled)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
fresh raspberries or a sprig of mint, for garnish
Directions
-
Pour the dry rosé and the elderflower in a glass.
-
Add the fresh lemon juice.
-
Slowly pour in the Topo Chico to preserve the bubbles.
-
Give it one gentle "lift" with a bar spoon to integrate the liqueur, which is heavier and tends to sink.
-
Garnish with a grapefruit wheel, fresh raspberries, or a sprig of mint.
