Ingredients
4 ounces Knob Creek Bourbon
2 tablespoons Dalmatia Apricot Jam
1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Garnish
6 cubes of Sartori Cherrywood Smoked Cheddar
2 Salty Date and Almond Raincoast Crisps
4 raspberries
4 salami slices
2 speck slices
2 rosemary sprigs
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Add your Bourbon, Dalmatia Apricot Jam, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Depending on how sweet you like your cocktail, feel free to adjust the amount of simple syrup to your liking.

Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.

Double strain into two coupe glasses.
