BRISTOL FARMS INC. BUTCHER’S BONANZA & SEAFOOD ROADSHOW SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW:

Bristol Farms, 915 E. 230th St., Carson, CA 90745, USA ("Sponsor"), will conduct one (1) sweepstakes at each Butcher’s Bonanza and Seafood Roadshow event held in California throughout 2025 (each, an "Event"). A total of 13 separate sweepstakes will be conducted. Each sweepstakes Event will run from Friday store opening to Sunday store closing, which spans three (3) days, during business hours. Events will begin on February 21, 2025, and dates and locations are set forth below.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Sweepstakes participation is open only to legal residents of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (“Entrants”). Employees, officers, and directors of Bristol Farms, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void outside of California and where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these official Sweepstakes rules (“Official Rules”), and Entrant represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to this Sweepstakes and consents to be contacted by Sponsor by email and/or phone.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Each sweepstakes spans three (3) days and will run from Friday through Sunday during business hours at the locations and dates specified in Section 1 above (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, eligible participants must visit the Event location in person during business hours and complete an electronic entry form, on a tablet located at the store, with the following information:

Preferred store location
Phone number
Email address

Entrant must also agree to receive promotional newsletters from Bristol Farms. Entrant may subsequently opt out of receiving promotional content by following the instructions contained in the communication; note that Sponsor makes commercially reasonable efforts to comply with CAN-SPAM.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Event. Entries do not roll over to the next Event. Entries must be completed and submitted at the Event location before the Event concludes on Sunday at the close of business. Entries must be complete and eligibility must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified in these Official Rules, to be eligible to win the Prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entrant must provide all of the information requested. Any Entrant using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE DETAILS:

Each Sweepstakes Winner will receive a "Prize Package" containing "tickets" to redeem 12-months of free Bristol Farms items (no purchase required). The total value of each Prize Package is $600+, depending on the market value of the prize item at the time of free item redemption. The combined value of all Prize Packages is $7,800+. All winners of the giveaway will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash alternatives are permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize Packages may contain varied items and Winners must accept Prize Package as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation transportation cost to retrieve the Prize, shall be the sole responsibility of Selected Winners. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for any special privilege by Selected Winner is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize Package, including the gift card, for something of equal or greater value for any reason. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Selected Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for each individual Event. Drawings will occur within five (5) days after the Event concludes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Each winner will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided on their entry form within forty-eight (48) hours following selection of the Selected Winner. Sponsor will attempt to contact each winner one (1) time. Sponsor shall have no liability for the Selected Winner’s failure to review messages or email notices from Sponsor due to SPAM filters, telephone block systems or other technology challenges or security settings or for the Selected Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Selected Winner will have 48 hours to reply by email only. If the Selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 48 hours, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Selected Winner may be selected by Sponsor, up to one time. Selected Winner must agree to collect the Prize Package from the store they entered the giveaway from within fifteen (15) days of being notified, otherwise another winner will be chosen. If the Selected Winner does not claim their prize within fifteen (15) days of notification, another winner will be chosen. Receipt by the Selected Winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE SELECTED WINNER (AT SPONSOR‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE SELECTED WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS SELECTED WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS SELECTED WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By entering, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any technical malfunctions that may affect entry submission or winner notification. Each Selected Winner may be required to execute and return to the Sponsor a declaration of eligibility (the “Declaration”), and Selected Winners must provide a valid California ID card, in person, to claim the Prize Package. By completing, signing and returning the Declaration, the Selected Winner (i) releases and forever discharges the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or to arise by use of the Prize, and (ii) confirms compliance with these Official Rules. If the Selected Winner is unable or unwilling to complete the Declaration in its entirety, Selected Winner forfeits the Prize.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical errors that may result in unintended interpretations of these rules. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a pandemic, public health emergency, computer virus or bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the Selected Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: (a) multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; (b) multiple entries; or (c) the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. TAXES:

Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Selected Winner.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; and (vi) participation in any Prize-related activity (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

11. PRIVACY POLICY:

Information submitted by Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor website. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant consents to the collection and use of their information by Sponsor for marketing and promotional purposes. Entrant may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Entrant may subsequently opt out of receiving promotional content by following the instructions contained in the communication; note that Sponsor makes commercially reasonable efforts to comply with CAN-SPAM. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to the email address set out in Section 13 below.

12. DISPUTES:

THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that the only remedy for dispute relating to this Sweepstakes is an entry. Any disputes relating to the receipt of the Prize that cannot be resolved between Entrant and the Sponsor, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, CA. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes). Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
