Dirty Martini with BF Olives
Ever order a martini and think, "hm, I wish it had more olives?" We feel the same way! This savory masterpiece is designed for the true olive enthusiast, featuring a zesty twist from our tangerine and chili green olive brine that adds a bright pop of citrus and a subtle hint of heat. Topped with a massive skewer of our favorite Bristol Farms olives, this drink is as much of a gourmet snack as it is a classic cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces premium vodka or gin

  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth

  • 1 ounce brine from BF tangerine and chili green olives

  • ice

  • assortment of BF olives, including tangerine and chili, Picholine, Castelvetrano, and Kalamata

Directions

  1. Chill your martini glass in the freezer for at least ten minutes.
  2. Create your signature garnish by threading an assortment of Bristol Farms olives onto a long cocktail skewer
  3. Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice.
  4. Add the vodka or gin, dry vermouth, and the tangerine and chili olive brine.
  5. Stir or shake for about 20 seconds until the mixture is very cold.
  6. Strain the liquid into your chilled glass.
  7. Top the glass with your olive-loaded skewer and serve immediately.
