Hazelnut Chocolate Butter


  • 3 cups hazelnuts (skins removed)

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 4 tablespoons coconut sugar (or caster sugar)

  • pinch of salt


  1. Combine hazelnuts in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process for 5-10 minutes, occasionally scraping down the sides.
  2. Then add cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Blend until fully combined.
  4. Seal, refrigerate, and enjoy!
