Ingredients
6 large croissants
8 ounces Lottie's Everday (Breakfast) Sausage
8 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
1 cup shredded gouda cheese
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray or butter a baking dish

Toast the croissants for extra texture. Then, tear the croissants in larger pieces and arrange in a baking dish

Sauté sausage on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until browned and set aside

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, Dijon, spices, and half the chives

Add sausage into baking dish or mixture and pour over the croissants

Top with cheese and cover with foil. Option to store in the fridge overnight or for a few hours!
