
You’ve heard of the Piña Colada, but let us introduce you to the Piña Verde! This elegant cocktail uses Green Chartreuse rather than rum, yielding a tropical beverage with bright, herbaceous undertones.
Ingredients
2 ounces Green Chartreuse
2 ounces Madre Mezcal Espadín
3 ounces fresh pineapple juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 1/2 ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
2 mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Add all ingredients to the shaker.

Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.

Strain into two rocks glasses gilled with ice.
