Raspberry Overnight Oats
Make holiday mornings easier with overnight oats. The fresh raspberries add a hint of tartness while the sliced almonds add texture.


  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup milk (any kind)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk the ingredients together until everything is well combined.
  2. Mash the fresh raspberries with a fork and stir them into the oat mixture.
  3. Divide the raspberry oats between two small jars or containers with lids.
  4. Top each jar with sliced almonds (or any other toppings you like.)
  5. Close the containers tightly with their lids and refrigerate them overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
  6. In the morning, give the overnight oats a good stir splash of milk (if desired) to adjust the consistency.
  7. Serve them as is or with additional toppings like berries, nuts, or granola.
