3 cups hazelnuts (skins removed)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons coconut sugar (or caster sugar)
pinch of salt
Combine hazelnuts in a high-speed blender or food processor. Process for 5-10 minutes, occasionally scraping down the sides.
Then add cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
Blend until fully combined.
Seal, refrigerate, and enjoy!
