Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Uli's Vanilla Gelato

  • 1 shot (2 oz) Caffé Vergnano Espresso

  • 1 small piece of honeycomb

Directions

  1. Place your glass in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Brew a shot of espresso (or use instant).
  3. Scoop the vanilla gelato into the glass.
  4. Pour hot espresso over the gelato.
  5. Garnish with honeycomb.
  6. Enjoy immediately.
