            Ingredients
- 2 scoops Uli's Vanilla Gelato 
- 1 shot (2 oz) Caffé Vergnano Espresso 
- 1 small piece of honeycomb 
Directions
- 
                                                Place your glass in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 
                                                Brew a shot of espresso (or use instant).
- 
                                                Scoop the vanilla gelato into the glass.
- 
                                                Pour hot espresso over the gelato.
- 
                                                Garnish with honeycomb.
-
