Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Bristol Farms cranberry sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Bake the brie in the preheated oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until it becomes soft and gooey.
  5. While the brie is baking, heat the cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until it is warmed through.
  6. Once the brie is done baking, carefully transfer it to a serving platter or plate.
  7. Pour the warm cranberry sauce over the top of the baked brie, spreading it evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts or pecans (if using) over the cranberry sauce.
  9. Serve the baked brie immediately with crackers or baguette slices for dipping and spreading.
