Citrus & Sage Soppressata Skewers

These zesty and herbaceous skewers are an easy addition to your holiday spread! Fresh sage, dried fruit, and savory soppressata are complemented by nutty goat cheese, yielding a balanced snack that is full of flavor. 
 

Ingredients

  • 2 candied orange slices

  • 3 dried apricots

  • 2 dried mango slices

  • 3 Midnight Moon Cheese chunks

  • 2 Bristol Farms Soppressata slices

  • 6 fresh sage leaves

Directions

  1. Using a long cocktail pick, start your skewer by sliding a piece of candied orange to the bottom.
  2. Follow that with a piece of cheese, soppressata, 2 sage leaves, and an apricot.
  3. For the next layer, add 1 folded slice of dried mango. Top with a candied orange, a piece of cheese, an apricot, and another piece of dried mango
  4. End your last layer with 2 sage leaves, a slice of soppressata, a piece of cheese, an apricot, and 2 more sage leaves on top.
  5. Repeat across multiple skewers. Feel free to play with the order to explore different flavor combos in each bite.
