Ingredients
2 large fresh figs
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce elderflower liqueur
3 ounces Prosecco
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce sparkling water or club soda
1 rosemary sprig, for garnish
Directions

Quarter one fig and place it at the bottom of your wine glass. Gently muddle until it is broken down and the juices are released.

Pour the vodka, elderflower liqueur, and cranberry juice directly over the muddled fig.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Top the glass with chilled Prosecco, filling it about three-quarters of the way.

Add a splash of sparkling water or club soda.

Give the drink a very light, quick stir with a spoon to combine the spirits and fruit flavors, without losing the carbonation.

Slice the remaining fig in half and skewer on a cocktail pick. Balance on the edge of the glass.
