  • 1 tablespoon white miso

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 green onions chopped

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 avocado peeled

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint

  • 1/2 cup fresh dill

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

  • Juice of two lemons

  • Kosher salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste


  1. In a food processor or blender, add avocado, mint, dill, parsley, basil, green onions, garlic, and miso. Blend until roughly chopped.
  2. Slowly stream in olive oil. Once incorporated, add lemon juice. Season to taste.
