Get out the BBQ for these bold Hatch burgers! These beefy burgers have the perfect kick that is balanced by fresh lettuce and vibrant tomatoes. Protip: Top your burger with some creamy guacamole for extra decadence.
                
            Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup Hatch peppers, roasted and chopped
Salt and pepper
4 slices cheddar cheese
Lettuce, sliced
Tomato, sliced
Onion, sliced

Directions

                                                Preheat the grill to medium heat.
 - 
                                                In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Hatch green peppers, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
 - 
                                                Form 4 burger patties.
 - 
                                                Grill burgers for 5 to 6 minutes on each side fully cooked.
 - 
                                                During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on top of each burger.
 - 
                                                Assemble your burger with a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, onion and your cooked burger on the bun.
