
Hey everyone! We’re so excited for grilling season, and today we're diving into a mouthwatering Lebanese chicken kabob recipe that’s sure to impress!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
6 cloves garlic minced
Zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks
1 onion peeled and quartered

Prepare the chicken by whisking the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces and gently stir with your hands until well incorporated and chicken is coated in marinade. Let rest for at least 1 hour.

Preheat an outdoor grill on medium-high heat or until it reaches 500 degrees. Skewer the chicken pieces on kebab skewers and secure with one quarter of the onion on the end of each skewer. Grill the kebabs 5-7 minutes per side until lightly charred and cooked through. Take off the grill and rest on a platter.
