Tomatini
Say hello to your new favorite summer sip! The Tomatini is like a little party in a glass, bursting with bright and savory flavors. Its vibrant red color is just the beginning—wait until you taste the lovely balance of zing and earthiness, topped off with a juicy tomato garnish.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces GRAY WHALE Gin

  • 2 ounces dry vermouth

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 6 grape or cherry tomatoes, for garnish

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Chill your martini glasses in the freezer. 
  2. Using a container with a lid, combine vermouth, tomato paste, and a pinch of salt. 
  3. Close the lid and shake for at least 30 seconds. 
  4. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your gin along with 2 oz of tomato mixture. 
  5. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. 
  6. Double strain into frozen glasses.
  7. Sprinkle a dash of pepper on top. 
  8. Garnish with three grape or cherry tomatoes on a cocktail pick. Enjoy!
