Ingredients
2 cups rhubarb chopped
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Directions
- 
                                                Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes before turning off the heat.

                                                Allow to cool for 10 minutes before pouring through a sieve. Discard the remaining rhubarb.
 - 
                                                Store in the refrigerator.
