Brie Bites

Brie Bites
It doesn't get better than Brie Bites! These cheesy pastries pair perfectly with everything from raspberry jam to cranberry sauce.

  • 1 can crescent dough

  • 1 small wheel of Brie cheese

  • 1/4 cup of your favorite jam

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

  • 1 egg, beaten

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and pinch together the seams to form a rectangle.
  3. Cut the rectangle into 12 squares.
  4. Cut the Brie cheese into 12 small cubes.
  5. Place a cube of Brie cheese onto the center of each square of crescent dough.
  6. Top each cube of Brie cheese with about 1 teaspoon of jam and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
  7. Fold the corners of the dough up and over the filling to create little bundles.
  8. Brush the tops of the bundles with beaten egg.
  9. Arrange the Brie bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve the Brie bites warm and enjoy as an appetizer or party snack.
