Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels
You can’t beat cinnamon sugar pretzels…unless you add candied almonds to the mix!


Cinnamon Sugar

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Candied Almonds

  • 2 cups almonds chopped

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 tablespoon cardamom


  1. In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Whisk together.
  2. In a pot over medium heat, add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, and 1/2 tablespoon cardamom. Bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, add chopped almonds. Stir until fully coated.
  4. Pour onto a baking sheet and allow to cool before touching.
  5. Melt the butter on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  6. Using a brush, coat the pretzel in melted butter. Then, sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar and candied nuts.
