            Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust (or homemade, if preferred)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
-
                                                Preheat your oven to 375°F.
-
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and press it firmly against the bottom and sides. Trim off any excess crust.
-
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano (if using) until thoroughly combined.
-
Layer the chopped spinach evenly over the pie crust.
-
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the spinach.
-
Slowly pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese, filling the crust completely.
-
Use a fork or spoon to gently mix the ingredients, ensuring the egg mixture is evenly distributed throughout the filling.
-
Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
-
Remove the quiche from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
