Ingredients
For the spiced gin:
8 ounce London Dry Gin
2 cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves
3 star anise pods
For building the cocktail:
1 ounce spiced gin (from your infusion)
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 orange peel and star anise
1 rosemary sprig, for garnish

Directions for Infusion: Combine ingredients in a sealed jar and let sit for 12 to 24 hours, tasting after 6 hours. Strain out all spices before making the cocktail.
