 
                
                    These bite-sized dates are stuffed to the brim and boast a nice crunch from the chopped almonds!
                
            Ingredients
- 24 Pitted Dates 
- 4 ounces Goat Cheese, softened 
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped almonds 
- 1 tablespoon Honey 
- Salt and Pepper to taste 
Directions
- 
                                                Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 
                                                In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, chopped almonds, honey, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
- 
                                                Cut a slit into one side of each date and gently pry it open. Stuff each date with a small spoonful of the goat cheese mixture.
- 
                                                Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dates are slightly crispy.

                                                Once baked, transfer the stuffed dates to a serving platter and server warm. Enjoy!
