Almond and Goat Cheese-Stuffed Dates
These bite-sized dates are stuffed to the brim and boast a nice crunch from the chopped almonds!


  • 24 Pitted Dates

  • 4 ounces Goat Cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped almonds

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese, chopped almonds, honey, salt, and black pepper, and mix well. 
  3. Cut a slit into one side of each date and gently pry it open. Stuff each date with a small spoonful of the goat cheese mixture. 
  4. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dates are slightly crispy. 
  5. Once baked, transfer the stuffed dates to a serving platter and server warm. Enjoy!
