Though soup is typically savory and hot, this chilled peach soup is sweet and refreshing! Best of all, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day or even served as a light dessert.
4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mint leaves for garnish
In a blender, combine your peaches, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Blend the mixture until it's smooth.
Chill the peach soup in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until it is cold.
Pour the chilled peach soup into bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the consistency of the soup by adding more or less orange juice as per your preference.
